"Error on checkout" apparently means "tix were purchased"?!

Twice in a row this app took all my details and credit card and, upon checkout, told me there was an error and my order couldn't be processed. Imagine my surprise when I later found two emails telling me both transactions had gone through! Fantastic - now I get to spend half an hour on the phone canceling the extra order. They didn't give me any grief, though, which leads me to wonder if this is a common bug. This app stinks!

This app has the worst user interface I have seen. I would never go to this app to make a purchase because it is already difficult to navigate through. They recently copied their UI from the conventional app menu and it still doesn't work. I like the alerts though, I just wish they were more tailored to my music preference
Can't add favorites in app

I thought I'd check out if there's anything upcoming that I could catch. I tried to add favorite venues and artists. Wouldn't save them.

App is terrible, couldn't even process a ticket purchase, got an error message. The live nation website is awful as well, constantly down and says map is not functioning. You would think a company whose sole purpose is to sell tickets would make it easier.
Why all the bad reviews?

Granted, I have only just downloaded the app and used it once, but it worked just fine. I did get the failure to process message like others have mentioned, but if you wait a bit for the spinning wheel that message does go away. I received a prompt email that my order was processed. The whole process - from downloading the app to finalizing the purchase - took less than 5 minutes. Adding the benefit of pre-sale accessibility, this app was a total win in my book.
