Same issue as everyone else ... log in, go to my tickets and nothing. No amount of refreshing/restarting works. Launch Ticketmaster, tickets are immediately there. Live Nation app is now deleted. Stick with TM.

Whoever wrote this app should feel ashamed. But they should save feeling ashamed for after they learn how to make a website, which is where a ticket should be accessible in the first place.

Impossible to connect account

Downloaded so I'd be able to have my tickets on phone instead of printing them out. But it's impossible to log into my account. Have reset password and logged in on computer. Doesn't work in app. Terrible experience.

App wouldn't recognize my original live nation password. After changing my password and logging in, it refused to load the tickets I had purchased. This app is absolute garbage.

Tickets just disappeared for no reason an every time you have to sign in get with it!! Where is finger print sign in iPhone hello!!!!

It shows I have no tickets even though I have 2 upcoming events. I tried to refresh and I tried signing out and signing back in and still nothing. The app also never saves my favorite venue or artists I choose.

Purchased tickets through a web browsers and decided to do the mobile ticket instead of printing since that is the easiest as i’ll have my phone on me for the event. When logged in after purchasing, the tickets were not loaded. I figured they’d need to be processed- and it did. When I logged in later, they were there. GREAT good stoked for the event, everything is chill eh? NO everything was NOT chill when I opened the app 3 hours before the event to find the tickets no longer there. Nothing worked- tried everything possible (refresh, sign out, delete and redownload app, get it from the confirmation email, etc) My friend was able to log in and get a screen shot of them- finally after 3 hours of panicking. Will not use again.
