Ordered food through the app, never delivered – Live Nation – For Concert Fans Review

I used the app to order food to my seat (at Shoreline Amphitheatre). I was charged but the food never arrived. Kept reporting it through the app, the app kept issuing additional orders (for free), but they weren't delivered as well. Contacted live nation customer support and they refused to refund!
