I've had great experience with this app. I've been using since the day it came out and I don't have anything bad to say. However, I would give them 5 stars if it had notifications about delays or changes in lines or things like that. It can be better, but so far is great.

The incompetent MTA doesn't make enough money to pay, so now this app has garish ads obstructing your view. For those asking for a paid ad free version, I say this: You're already overpaying for your often late, overcrowded train ride...this app should stay free and ad free. GREED!

Literally the best thing to ever happen to my life. No more running to ticket machines on the other side of the platform or downstairs. No more digging around for my paper ticket. Thank you MTA!

LIRR is garbage

The app doesn't let you stay on your current trip to see how many stops are left. Too many adds because obviously the LIRR doesn't make enough $ as it is. Train is never on time, and they continue to raise ticket prices. Worst ran business in the world.
