This app is trash. I’d like to save my own favorites instead of automatically selecting AUBURNDALE every time. Who even lives in auburndale.

This clean and simple app is easy to use and better than the newer MY MTA app. I would give it 5 stars if they would show the entire train route (ie before AND after your selected trip). I’d like to know if my station is the 7th or 2nd stop on the route. It makes a big difference as to whether or not I can get a seat and ultimately whether or not I will want to take that particular scheduled train. PLEASE ADD THAT FEATURE -even if it’s greyed out.

This app used to forget all the starred (favorites) LIRR stations set by the user everytime it was updated. Now it doesn't bother to save them on a daily basis. This defeats the purpose of the favorites feature. This app can benefit immensely from the use of mobile location services to detect the nearest LIRR station.

Somehow it never provides you up-to-date track info if you’re away from Penn Station. What’s the point of using the App then, since I have to get to the station way ahead of time to wait for the track number to show up on the announcement board.

Google maps is far more accurate than this app. Used it hoping to find a more direct way to get train times, but the two times I’ve used it the ENTIRE schedule was inaccurate- if I had relied on this I would’ve missed every single train

Every time I open it, it pretends as if I have opened it for the first time and forgets all of my favorites! Fix this!

Please review and fix the Arrival Countdown feature. We can no longer change station at the top.

I use the this app pretty frequently so I use the ‘star’⭐️ a station to favorite it. The stations that I favorite NEVER stick. The moment I close the app all the favorites I chose go away and I have to do them over again. It’s annoying to have to type in my stations every single time. Especially when I’m using the exact same station everyday. This needs to be fixed along with the glitchy-ness. The app does this kind of lag or glitch whenever I go to type in a station.

This app is useless. It should be embedded in the MTA app firstly. Second, it shows on a couple trains. If you are trying to plan a trip for the afternoon in the morning, you still need to go to the website. The interface is clumsy and poorly designed. It loses the functionality of the website to type in your desired arrival time which was very useful.
