Use it all the time

As an irregular traveler into the city, I find this app very useful to save waiting for long at Penn and other stations or to see whether to catch the subway to Hunterspoint or not. Connecting to the subway and bus would be a major improvement

Do not download this app under any circumstance. Gives out false information. Train did not stop where it was supposed to. Wish I could give it zero stars. If there’s anyone in management for this app that is willing to reach out to me, I’d like a reimbursement! This is the third time this has happened to me.
Helpful, but status times need some work

Moderately useful - provides the train schedule and updates on major disruptions. Would be extremely useful if the train status times were ever accurate...

Another unhappy LIRR rider
Imagine still using Twitter to get updates on ur train... well welcome to the LIRR. The only way to find out of a cancellation is on Twitter 10 minutes before ur train is supposed to depart, amazing! I recommend u get this app to exploit the ticket system. Buy a ticket digitally BUT DONT ACTIVATE IT. 9/10 the train will be too packed to move within the train and they won’t check ur ticket, free ride!!!

The MTA ought to be ashamed of themselves for this complete screw-up. If the app’s main role is to replace paper schedules, this is a total failure. Why? It’s just simply wrong. The schedule it displays is not, in fact, the schedule at all. Some scheduled trains are not listed, other times provided as departure times are incorrect. The electronic station signs provide accurate information. But, of course, the idea is for riders to know the schedule before arriving at their station. If you’re searching for a more reliable, and feature-rich LIRR mobile app, try the onTime app. Not perfect, but far more accurate, for sure.
Real-time select still broken

I've reported this big before, though it's pretty obvious. The select for station on real time arrivals it broken. It's just completely hidden and unselectable.
Suggested travel routes are terrible

Not smart when it comes to suggesting fastest routes compared to Google Maps.
Icon design confuses with MetroNorth

Please adjust design so that LIRR & Metro North Time apps’ small icons look different. I use both and always click on the wrong ones.
