Just like the LIRR, this app is useless

This app is reflective of the nonsense and waste that is the LIRR. It is very glitchy and will click stations by itself, refresh itself and you lose all the information you inputted. It closes itself and doesn't even show you previous trains just to check when your train is arriving. Often it doesn't show the right track and you have to check at the actual station to make sure. Can't the MTA do anything right?

No back up if something happens to your phone. Ever. If something happens to your phone 3 times you are locked out for 6 months. No refund. Ever. Terrible system.

Are you kidding me? Two apps l, one to find the train schedule and a second to buy a ticket. Hey #LIRR. The property your tracks are on are filled with trash and various construction debris. Do you or your employees have any pride in what you build and operate? What about recycling all the metal and getting paid for it. You could then hire a 13 year old to build a decent app.
