Difficult app and poor customer service

It’s way too easy to accidentally add money to your wallet on the app and there’s no way to confirm it. Then they overcharge you but customer service is so bad it takes 10 emails to even get remotely close to a refund for the CORRECT amount.

Please be advised that this application has terrible connectivity, terrible user interfacing, and terrible customer support. In my experience it’s been nothing short of frustrating, excessively overpriced, and not dependable in any way. I have had multiple issues with the login and account access, I’ve had multiple issues with the actual vehicles, And most recently I have been blocked entirely from the service because apparently I’ve used too many payment methods, which by the way all are in my name and are legitimate accounts, and that has triggered their system to permanently blocked me for suspicious activity. Upon speaking to customer support not only was the representative apathetic but merely offered me the solution that if I’d like to continue using the service I would need to create a new account use a new card number that’s never been used with any of their services before and reapply for line access services as well. Oh, we have a detailed email to Lem access letting them know the reason that I’m trying to apply for another account under the same name as this might trigger the system to permanently block me from use again. Overall for the cost that it will incur you you might better purchase your own vehicle out right. With a handful of trips online scooter you will have easily paid off your investment believe me.

You cannot drop them off anywhere and it will keep charging you until you go away from you actual destination to a drop off point. And then walk back home. What a joke, for sure disputing that charge and I’ll kick over every lime scooter o see from here on out

One star because I can’t give negative stars. Do not use this app. They are the worst. $200 in charges after purchasing a day pass. Wouldn’t even work with us for any kind of resolution. It’s very scammy. No notifications of charges. No notification of time. Terrible customer service.
Day Pass and Unlocking Nightmare

200$ IS A RIP OFF WHEN WE GOT A DAY PASS. It only covers the 30 mins so when you go over it charges. Also another person in a party of mine could not unlock another scoot because of a payment issue apon the lime issue when it charges you when you go over. Can’t park easily I gues this is how they charge you for that. They nickel and dime you on every little thing. DONT GET THIS APP.

This is a scam!!! They charge you for the day pass and then will charge you if you go over the 30 min. They are getting double money for this “unlimited day pass” any lawyers out there need to look into this scam...

Lime was a nightmare to use. At first it was okay but then everything went down hill after that. They charge you for every little thing that you do, even if you’re not using the scooters, basically have to cancel everything to not be charged. The day pass only covers for 30 min. Usually a day pass should cover the whole day. Charged us for $200 WHAT A RIP OFF! It wouldn’t even allow one of my group members to get another scooter when the first one we rented ran out of juice. Said that they needed more money to ride a scooter(we had the pass). This was just an overall nightmare to work with. I do not recommend this whatsoever. It’s just an overall scam.
