I wish I could rate zero stars. I had fun on the scooters when they wanted to work but it was a little steep after my ride for only 25minutes I was charged $10.12 but a few hours later I got a receipt and it showed a separate charge that is unexplained of being 22.64 and a total charge for my ride being 32.76. I’ve emailed customer support and gotten no response and I’m not surprised and I will be contacting my bank for this company attempting to commit a fraud charge for something I didn’t use.

I’ve literally passed 12 scooters that couldn’t be used . Then when I finally find a usable scooter it doesn’t accelerate. This is a constant issue. Where’s Grüv scooter when you need them.
Overcharged with no compensation.

I was recently engaged with this company uutil they said they was taking $10.00 off for whatever reason and they were going to put it back they never notified me and said it was replaced that happened three times in a row and I still haven’t received my money back after they still charged me for a short period of time.

It kept turning off in “restricted zone” but most the STL was restricted and then it wouldn’t let me exit out til I rode into an alley far from my car where I wanted to end the ride and kept my $24 for 5 mins of riding

I am getting charged for something I didn’t do. They want me to pay it anyway so I did and now it’s saying I didn’t pay one of them and I am being charged $10!! I don’t even have the money they want me to spend for something I didn’t do!! I have been on bed rest due to my health when would i have time to ride a scooter!!! I suggest No one in Little rock Arkansas get on it!! it is the thing that will break your account cause it’s a scam!!

Very disappointed . Only was able to cross the street with the scooter, then it stopped working. The whole area was marked with red, as in i wasnt allowed to use it there. The connection was terrible, i left it in the same exact spot as i found it but it kept telling me to move it for better connection. In the meantime the clock was ticking and i was charged almost $4 for 10 seconds of using it.
