Difficult app and poor customer service – Lime - #RideGreen Review
It’s way too easy to accidentally add money to your wallet on the app and there’s no way to confirm it. Then they overcharge you but customer service is so bad it takes 10 emails to even get remotely close to a refund for the CORRECT amount.
