Notifications stopped working

Here too. Paid more money for something that doesn’t work. Better off buying washer and dryer without WiFi and use an alternate way to get notifications or spend more money on something that works if you can afford it.

Got GE washer dryer set - one of the pluses was WiFi connect - now it’s usefull !!! App misleading ! Giving wrong notifications , wrong timing etc . Some of the futures doesn’t work at all -what’s a waste of my money on futures option and waste of my time !!!

Notification feature was great, but only worked for about a week. Then stopped altogether. Please fix this.

Like others, the notifications just stopped working for both the washer and drier. If you don’t plan on fixing it, then you should issue refunds for the additional cost of the WiFi models.

Like the others, they stopped worked for me a while back. It's crazy to me it's not been fixed yet Between this and the problems I've had with my washer, I'll never buy another ge appliance again.

Stopped receiving notifications after a month. The product is ADVERTISED as being able to CONTROL the dryer from the app, however the most “control” you have is to extend the dry cycle only AFTER you’ve pressed a button on the dryer EVERY time you want to dry. Useless. The straw that broke my back was when trying to integrate Amazon Dash Replenishment and was unable to, even though GE advertises that as well. However, the directions on their website are inaccurate and everyone at customer support seems to have no idea how to help me. All of the features I bought the dryer for essentially don’t work. Last time I buy a GE product.

Don’t buy the appliances to use the app for notifications - they don’t work, known issue for months.

This app has not been updated in almost a year. I assume that the reason the notifications are no longer working is that the app is not staying up to date with IOS updates

I loved the notifications, frustrated they are no longer coming in on my phone. There is no where on the app to turn notifications on and off. Please bring it back GE!
