Stops working after a while

Only worked for six months and now I don't get notifications, regardless of app or phone settings.

The notifications have been broken for several months with no fix. The app is pretty useless without them

This is completely maddening! I upgraded to an iPhone 8, and now I get no notifications whatsoever - I have checked all the permissions & settings. Everything is as it should be, but no notifications. Now I wonder why I bought this set. This is after I already had multiple issues with my dryer randomly dropping off and having to spend forever in my desert hot garage in Phoenix. My laundry is in the garage. I’ll never know the load is done without the notifications which is WHY I BOUGHT THIS SET. Please fix this issue that is pervasive and persistent. Live up to your brand.

Can no longer access controls on bottom of app that start/stop washer . It’s jumbled appears to be a compatibility problem with ios13

Loved the app until the iOS 11 update and now I can’t control my washer and dryer from my phone. Please update the app to accommodate the new iOS 11 update. If it gets updated and I can use the control features again I will update my review.
New Update. 1 year in the making

The new update resolved the issue I was having with the control, usage and guide tabs. Haven’t done a load of laundry yet to check on the notifications, but happy to see an update after a year of waiting. Control is a bit lacking, but allows me to put clothes into the washer, set the APP delay, and start it on my way home from work. The only thing I can think of using the control for is this exact scenario. Otherwise, it is just a simple “hey, is my laundry done?” checker.

It’s ridiculous how long it took the developers to update this app, but glad they finally did. It works with iOS 13 now and my notifications now work again for the first time in 6+ months!
