What's the point !??

Soooo this app is pretty much worthless , I can see how much time I have left on either device but I can't get it to send me a notification of when the cycle is done ... that's really all I want and it doesn't work

I have reinstalled this app 4 times on my iPhone 7. When I reinstall it, it doesn't recognize my password so I have to reset it. Waste of time and money.

Washer - When launching the app it says every time, software update available. Click install, a minute later it says successful washer is happy. BUT later it says software update available again, very annoying. ALSO the app will freeze with "loading" displayed, I have to force close the app and reopen it in order to continue, Also very annoying. App could be very handy if it wasn't so buggy. Dryer - I added the dryer a few days later and it only updated the software once unlike the washer and the app did not freeze with "loading" displayed. So the app, so far, seems to work with the dryer with out issues. I wish the washer was as good.

What happened to the notifications on this app? I have them turned on, but it is not working since the app updated!

My notifications no longer work. I've toggled the buttons and still nothing. That's really what I need to work!

Why have a smart appliance with a dumb app? I have to go through the set process every time so the app will recognize my appliance. I wish I would have know how worthless GE's apps are before spending the extra money on the smart washer.

Works well. Have not figured out how to tell auto dispense level. But notifications are nice.

Just got the iPhone 10 and the app try’s to Open but never does....please fix. It flashes constantly and just will not open.
