Notifications quit working

Notifications just quit working after working for a couple of months when we first bought it.

I tried to create an account. For some dumb lazy programmer living in his parents basement reason you cannot see your password as you enter to create the new account but when you are logging in you are allowed to “see password.” For GODS sake no one is sitting behind me looking at my friggen laundry password as I set up the account. I don’t care if the app is great. First Impression it stinks. I’ll see once I get past the NSA security if the Laundry Ap is worth the trouble.

Great app, but notifications stopped

This app is amazing when it came to the notifications. For whatever reason they just stopped randomly. Started with my parents and now mine. Would be nice to have those back so I would stop forgetting my laundry in the washer lol

Update this app already

At the rate this app is updated I won’t be purchasing any more products from GE. Over a year ago is unacceptable with the rate changes happen in operating systems. Hire a good programmer and pay them well and get this sorted out.

No notifications.

Poor performance

Like the review above, I think about 5 months ago after an IOS update the app quit sending alerts. I’ve told GE about it and they don’t seem to care.

Notifications stopped on my iPhone and that’s the only reason you would have this app. Opening the app to see the status of the load is the same as walking over and seeing if it’s done. Notifications are the point because you don’t always know when a load finishes and getting it from the washer to drying is critical for reducing weird odor. Fix the notifications issues!!

Won’t connect to dryer

Worked great to setup the washer but after multiple attempts the dryer fails to connect. Very upsetting given it was a major reason I bought their products. Poor app, setup, and assistance. I’ll rate it higher if they get it together and fix their problems and I can actually see it function as intended. I have iPhone XR with up to date software.

Need Notifications to work

Notification to phone worked for our Washer until the latest app update. This was most the helpful feature to us. Please fix this issue.

Notifications Don’t work anymore

Notifications stopped working on iOS. You can still pull up the app to see status but your phone won’t notify you any more (i, as have others checked the notification settings on phone). Notifications were the best part of the app.
