Convenient, easy, highly recommend

Age of COVID-19 or not, this is a fabulous service. It’s very convenient and easy to access. I feel like the answer the questions that I have and provide the services I need. I highly recommend it.

You advertise prescription refills and I just connected with the doctor that said I received a refill ONCE and I can’t receive a refill again. We clarify this is not for in the Cottick an antibiotic or anything concerning like that, in fact, two Rx s are topical. You shouldn’t say you authorize refills when you do not (Or per the doc I cheated with only one refill ever), the doctor said I have received my one refill and she can not fill anymore. You should have a policy where customers can see that you only refill a persons prescription once. If you only refill a persons Rx once, Make sure the customer knows this and do not take peoples hard earned money. You took my $19 for nothing in return. You take money and provide no service in return, right now, with a high unemployment and the pandemic, people don’t have insurance and can’t go to their own doctors for refills (like your doctor online suggested that I do), you advertise a service that you do not provide. You Advertise that you will refill prescriptions, you do not do that, so don’t advertise that you do.
It’s a scam!

It all seemed too good to be true, but was in pain from a UTI and didn’t want an expensive Dr visit so I tried it. Dr asked all the expected question then demanded lab work before giving a antibiotic. I’ve even had a UTI before (years ago) all the same symptoms and they gave me antibiotic immediately, the pain was gone before the labs came back. They lure you in with a low cost but then it ends up costing more. Use another service that actually cares about treating ailments instead of draining your wallet.

After sending my credit card my driver license pictures,Couldn’t get hell because there is no doctors in Georgia English or Spanish.Now you are use afraid of my information can be we use for something else. I get an application to raise my information and it’s not possible

I love the app but it would save time if things like medical history and preferred pharmacy could just be saved instead of re entering every time.
Skip the expensive doctors visits! Stay in the comfort of your home!

During COVID, doctors visits are a little tricky now. I was skeptical using this app but now it is a total life saver! Doctors who diagnose and prescribe (not recommend for serious conditions). It’s a “pill” to have to spend a crap ton of money at the doctors just to get the medication you know that you need. I have eczema sometimes on my lips and haven’t had issues in a while (already saw a dermatologist back in the day). I had a flare up and ran out of cream. My dermatologist is not in the area and I would have to waste a lot of money to see them to get diagnosed again before getting meds. I was wanting steroid cream for treatment and the doctor listened to me! Thanks to her my lips feel so much better and no wasted trip to the doctors! And I have extra as well incase I have a flare up again, so I don’t need to see the doctor for a while. I have saved SOOOO much money, you pay $19 for one visit which I already pay a $20 co pay already but there’s no extra EXPENSIVE bill from the doctor for their service which is a bonus and medication is sent to the pharmacy of your choosing (Medication can be pricy, please keep this in mind). Again I recommend this for common things that are easy to diagnose. They always advise you to see a doctor before they suggest meds, but other than that experience is painless. Sometimes it may take a minute for the doctor to be available to chat, I advise turning on text notifications. They alert you when the doctor has sent a message. Thank you K health! Love this app and the work you all do! Appreciate the doctors who are helping at this time, less painful and expensive visits to the doctors!

I literally never write reviews - but this app is incredible. If you are looking for a teledoc service (that helps you in describing your symptoms, gives information on what others with your symptoms were diagnosed with, matching with a doctor who will talk with you through figuring out what’s going on and more) THIS is the one!

I’m a severe hypochondriac and usually doctor visits will stress me out and can be confusing, this was so quick and simple I didn’t realize I had just done a normal appointment. ABD BEFORE BED AT MIDNIGHT TOO! Very effective service and app. Thank you so much. My wife uses this and she has an autoimmune disorder and is allergic to multiple antibiotics so medicine is very iffy. They managed to diagnose her AND prescribe her safe medication within an hour. AND CHEAP TOO for those who struggle with money
