I had to go to MDLIVE to get the prescription I needed because this doctor wouldn’t give it. Even though it was a Script I have had before For an eye infection.

I used this service for the first time today. The Dr was great, prescribed me what I needed and I’m pleased with the experience. Not sure why all the bad reviews. This worked out perfectly for me. Smooth experience and Dr seemed to know what the problem was right away. Prescribed meds and it’s done in about ten minutes. Script was called in right away. It doesn’t get any better than this for a 20$ Dr appointment and 12$ prescription. If I went to a walk in it would be $75-$100. cons: It did take about 2 hours to get the notification from the Dr. but it’s not that bad because my situation was not urgent. They do have a questioner type chat app that is a little tedious. However, they want to get all the correct info regarding your ailment and get the right Dr for you. Can’t really complain about that. over all: excellent and easy transaction. I would definitely use this service again for a similar non emergency situation that required seeking a Dr.

I had an abscess on my tooth was in a lot of painI don’t have medical insurance nor Dr. but I went on the app and my problem was solved for a prescription within minutesThank God for this app definitely worth the $19

I was able to multitask keeping up with my job while getting treatment simultaneously. Didn’t have to take time off or make any trips. NO WAITING ROOMS!!! The doctor was prompt and courteous. I will definitely use the app again if/when needed.

I rarely write a review but this app has been spot on with all my symptoms and diagnoses. If it was for this app I wouldn’t have known I had a kidney infection. It’s help because it’s able to give you the simple problem to the big problems. I love it and I am grateful for this app!
