It does not help to tell someone to follow up

Doctor acted like a robot and had a standard typed message for helping me. I was hoping they would do a related style and get me seen!

No wait times and they’ll disconnect you if you take too long to respond. It’s also really difficult to explain what’s wrong when they don’t let you type anything long in the chat box. The questions they make you answer seem like they’re fishing for the easiest ways to make money. Overall this app is a trap to get you to pay extra money for them to refer you to a primary. After my initial visit I being disconnected 3 times I finally got my things in order to schedule a lab, so I did and I got a text from the app at 4 am and they connected me with a doctor the second the results came in (so if you’re not up at 4am don’t bother). He asked if I would like the results emailed to me so I said yes he said it would emailed within 24 hours and today is day 3 of no results and radio silence from their feedback team. I will be deleting this app as soon as I get my test results back

I have never left a review on an app before but my experience with the doctors on this app is so horrible that I feel inclined to do so. The quack tried to diagnose me with all kinds of horrible chronic diseases that require invasive laboratory testing. I have a UTI. I’ve had one every year or so and I know what they are. I chose this place because the ad said they offer treatment over the phone. Without even listening to my history of testing I’ve already had, this doctor told me he couldn’t help me and that I had things like cystitis. Absolutely crock! Please save yourself the hassle and go to ANYWHERE else. These people just want ur money and then tell u to go to an urgent care.
Worst App if you need mental health help

I signed up for the behavioral health service but was told after paying $20 that they couldn’t help me with my anxiety and depression. Why even offer a service like that but then tell people that you can’t help them? I have had issues with mostly anxiety and sleeping and was told they don’t provide help for that. Thanks for taking my money before telling me that and not responding to requests to have it refunded after I spent 30 min answering tons of questions and being told I was eligible after the initial assessment. Absolute trash. Please don’t use this app if you are looking for mental/behavioral help!!

I felt the symptoms of what I knew was a UTI on a Sunday morning, meaning my only option for getting a prescription was going to be urgent care with a pricey copay. I found this app and for under $20 I was able to speak to a doctor (no video call necessary) AND pick up my prescription in less than an hour. Such a life saving app! I will definitely use this again in the future.
