Absolutely horrible. They give you a timeframe to wait for the doctor and I waited well over that timeframe and still no doctor was connected to me. I didn’t have time to wait all day long so I got out of it and let them know I needed my refund because I didn’t get to see a doctor. This is their policy that they mention before you pay, that if you don’t see the doctor you can get a refund. I was told I’d be refunded, and never got my refund. I rarely ever use my credit card that I used for this company, and suddenly after I gave them my information I received over 700 dollar charges in fraud on that account. I DO NOT TRUST this company. Still haven’t even received my refund.

So pleased that I picked up this app. It’s already well worth the money spent. I started out with Covid that morphed into bronchial pneumonia. The doctors online were spectacular. I find the free questions prior to the doctor visit a little cumbersome and sometimes a bit irrelevant especially when the pre-diagnosis is provided. Otherwise, it’s a great app and well worth the money.

Just a regular mom here, no computer and not paid to promote this! I’m fact, I rarely write reviews! But I HAD to because this is the best thing that’s happened to healthcare in ages! I simply needed an antibiotic for a common ear/sinus infection and was able to talk to a board certified doctor to verify that’s all I needed, within minutes! She was so friendly and welcoming (new patient here) and very through. I don’t want to visit clinics or hospitals right now due to the pandemic, I’m also uninsured at this time. This was SO inexpensive and helpful! I got to stay home, receive treatment (antibiotic), peace of mind, and hassle free, in a very short time all from my living room! K health is fair, meaningful, safe healthcare at it’s best!!! No waiting in my car for 30 mins for the doctor to say it’s my turn, no crowded hospital, didn’t have to drag the kids out into the pandemic! I can’t stress enough how awesome this is for me and my family!! Go ahead and try it! It’s legit! Oh! They’ll even send the visit info to your PCP if you want! Incredible!

I’m so grateful I found this! I lost my insurance and had an ear infection. The Dr called in an antibiotic while we chatted. Quick, easy and cheaper than going to the doctors office.

*THIS SERVICE IS A SCAM* This service advertises that they will help for a low cost but, again, you get what you pay for. I spoke with a doctor after waiting over an hour and filling out multiple questionnaires, only for the doctor to tell me to see a psychiatrist....which is exactly what I thought I was paying to do. Without even the ability to give them feedback, they quickly disconnected my session, but of course kept the money that I paid them. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The doctor I spoke with had questionable credentials and was very rude and dismissive. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!!

I was charged $60.75 for tests I did not request or was followed up on for. Ended up spending $300 for an in person visit. Don’t waste your time or $. Figure it out
