Great but voice conversation would make it 5 star

I love that the doctors will communicate with you directly. But why not voice call? It would shorten the process drastically. I’m sure for the doctor and company a text trail is best for records so that’s probably why. Would require a bit of innovation, but others are doing it. Still saved me $220 from an urgent care bill plus the time I would have had to wait. Thank you!!
Very disappointing

Sounds like a great idea but I had a very disappointing experience. I was trying to get help for my 77 year old mother who thought she was bitten by a spider. Severe rash, pain and swelling in her leg. I paid $19 and answered many questions with a chat bot. And then a doctor responded saying she could not help if my mother is the patient. A really bad experience and a waste of $19.

This app is useless. If you need a prescription, you’ll end up having to go to your provider or urgent care anyway.. as they just take your money and then recommend rest. I had strep throat and provided my symptoms and pictures that you can only take through their camera (which is hard to get a picture of the back of your throat). Instead of antibiotics, I was told to rest.
They gave me a refund

They couldn’t help my issue so they gave me a refund. I think that says a lot. I had a weird problem. Leave me alone.

As someone who absolutely hates going to the doctor, this app is a game changer! I had an infection on my leg that seemed like cellulitis from research I had done on my own, but I didn’t want to deal with the time, cost, and anxiety of going to the doctor. On the chat with a K Health doctor, she asked questions and asked for a few photos of my legs before diagnosing it as cellulitis. She then said she would prescribe an antibiotic to my preferred pharmacy. So simple and painless! This probably saved me from any worsening symptoms, as I probably would’ve put off going to the doctor.

dr. robert chandler from erie, pa. gave me a terrible experience. i have used this app before with no issues but robert refused to provide a doctors note, which i need for work. when asked again he simply did not even respond and instead closed the chat. i re-opened it and was connected again with robert and he re-closed the chat without even speaking. this was a terrible experience and he needs to be reprimanded and corrected. i would not recommend this app to anyone

I NEVER leave reviews but holy schnitzels this service is amazing! I don’t have insurance and needed help with a UTI. I downloaded the app close to midnight and really didn’t have high hopes for it, especially being so late, but I was connected with a doctor within 10 min and my script was filled the next day! Thank you thank you thank you! ?
