Total Rip Off!!!

I pulled a muscle in my back and needed a mild muscle relaxer and/or steroid so I wouldn’t get sleepy. After this doctor wrote two paragraphs about telling me to stretch and take Advil which I had already taken by the way, I requested muscle relaxer. He got angry and hostile saying I was trying to dictate medical care....This was Dr Eric Traister. Complete jerk who is extremely impressed with himself and also wanted me to know that he is double board certified etc. There was no reason for him to act like that. Don’t waste your time or money.

Easy to use, doesn’t cost much

I needed a doctor’s note for work for a sprain (didn’t need treatment, it was already getting better on its own) and I didn’t want to go to a hospital or doctor’s office since it wasn’t medically necessary (family worried about exposure to coronavirus). Thorough questions, super fast, easy to use, and clean, aesthetically pleasing interface. However, it didn’t give me correct results (not much of a concern in this case), but maybe they could consider updating the algorithm to consider possible orthopedic injuries like sprains in the future? Though I do realize x-rays may be necessary in these cases, since the AI simply suggests results rather than diagnosing, I think it might be helpful to include those possibilities. I’d definitely consider trying it out again, maybe in a case where the algorithm is more prepared to evaluate those symptoms.

Wow! I am so impressed. This is amazing and saved me $40 not having to go into a walk in clinic. Wishing I would have just got the monthly membership! Got treated and a prescription sent to my pharmacy! Do it use it and have your mind blown!

This is a great way to get gel and for a low cost. Health care is expensive for most of us even w good jobs. Unless your employer gets you decent coverage you’re going to pay. I love that the consultations include the meds and they always check in to see how you’re doing.

Saved me a trip to urgent care. At first I was skeptical about this app. It was quick and easy. My prescription for antibiotic was submitted quickly. Will definitely sign up for the monthly subscription. I wish I would of known about this app before, it would of saved me so much money.

I signed up for the monthly charge, and as I waited for a doctor, I kept reading reviews. I started to have doubts, so I canceled so it would not renew after 3 months, but I am changing that. There is no telehealth that will give a prescription for certain meds based on what schedule it is. I did not have an immediate issue, but need a low class rx meds for allergies. I waited for a couple hrs for a dr (no different if I went to a medical facility or urgent care), for a low cost fee and getting the rx I needed this is an excellent low cost service. I plan on keeping this for my and my family. I have used another telehealth app that charges a lot more even for a simple fill for a low class rx.
