This is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Unbelievable; Will be reporting to authorities. A TOTAL waste of time.. inhuman!!

Great service, abysmal camera.

I am separating the app from the service. The service is great. The app mostly seems to consist of two parts, a messenger component, and a camera component. The messenger is fine. The camera is terrible. I understand the desire to only allow Live Photos on the app, but the photo tool is not excused for being awful. There is no preview/retake, and whatever photo you manage to take is immediately sent without a chance to see if you took the photo correctly, and the photo appears to be auto cropped. Flash only toggles between auto or off (I was asked to have it on). The volume button can not be used to take photos. All in this made for a wretched experience trying to take a photo of the inside of my mouth. I would recommend this service, but I still had a terrible experience with the apps camera utility.

BEWARE. Waited for chat. When I responded no response back. Then was notified that my session had ended. Tried to call number on receipt and is disconnected number also web site saying server not found. Will be calling charge card to dispute charge.

This is the best thing that has happened since 9-2pm preschool!!! My little boy had a small rash on his chin... come to find out it was impetigo and he needed a prescription ASAP! Dr. Fowler got us all taken care of and a prescription within minutes! I was able to put it on him while he was asleep so he didn’t freak out or bother it. Seriously this is the best ever! Thank you!!!

More expensive and slower than real doctor

I could have gone to a real doctor, been examined, and had a prescription for normal antibiotics by now. Instead, I go through all their questions, wait 1 hour to speak to a doctor who just says “go get a bacteria test and pay $109 for it.” So, now I have to travel somewhere new and pay more money? Ridiculous. The VA Hospital is cheaper and faster. This product has potential, but right now it is a 1-star product.

There may be a doctor or robot that diagnosis you but you will never get a prescription filled. I tried 3 times and nothing was ever sent into the pharmacy.

Or even bother to answer your questions instead of cutting and pasting from WebMD or their source material. He was so busy it took an hour for a chat that should have taken 15 minutes. However, it was amusing that while I waited 13 minutes for him to reply to my first text, he accidentally pasted his nasty-gram to another patient who apparently kept *him* waiting. I wish I’d just stopped with Dr. Google, which, BTW, now says that the antibiotics he never offered, would have gone a long way to reduce the pain and duration of my eye infection.

Rude Doctors

Dissapointed and let down

The behavioral health doctor was extremely rude with me and super impatient. Instead of answering my simple questions he just said if I don’t like it he will refund my money. I have used this app in the past and it is helpful but I usually get really incompetent doctors who get frustrated rather than being patient and helping me. For behavioral health when you are dealing with people who are obviously already struggling emotionally and are looking for help, being short and rude is a terrible idea. I had a complete meltdown after my interaction. The entire reason I went to them was because I was depressed and feeling hopeless and after that treatment it just exacerbated my problems

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything worked out. Not wanting to incur the cost of an office visit without any insurance, I turned to an online app and hoped I would get what I needed. A simple antibiotic. Thankfully everything worked exactly as promised

Pretty certain all the positive reviews here are fake. The way they are written is too perfect to be true in any way. Do NOT pay for this. They say they’ll give you a refund if they can’t help you, but there’s a lot of hoops to go through. I got onto the app for my anxiety, it’s been really bad and I wanted a more affordable option for medication, because it is too expensive through my current therapy program at school. They started asking me a bunch of questions about my depression, and I don’t have depression. I would know if I did, I’ve been in therapy for a long time. In the questions I said I was down sometimes, but nothing serious. They then said I have severe depression and bipolar disorder and could not help me, then disconnected the chat. Which, by the way, takes over an hour to connect with a doctor. Some other review said 15 minutes and that is a joke. I’m working on getting a refund, and I’ll have to look for another way of getting anti anxiety medications.
