It’s bad... but it’s all we have

I’m thankful to have JPay, but the site, app and overall company is pretty bad. They love to make money and that’s fine. But if they would put more money into their IT and app services they would make much more money. This app has so many issues and glitches. It’s so horrible.

I’m not able buy stamps. When I go to barge my card it says “Error Card can’t be saved” the card is saved nor will it take a new card as I’ve tried but unfortunately it’s the app. Can you please fix? I would love to talk to my love one again or at least respond to them!!

This app is a perfect example of what is wrong with the judicial system!! They do not care what happens to the stamps of the consumers! Then we you try to report a bug it doesn’t even let you click the next button. Whoever created this should be absolutely ashamed of this app. I have been trying to send my brother a picture of his nephew for months. It says the picture is in the message but when I press send it is no longer there this is ridiculous! I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled I have logged off and back on. Nothing is working. JPay is a scam!

I have re-installed the app a couple times and have even rebooted my iPad. Nothing seems to fix it. It just won’t load. It gets to the login screen, puts in my credentials and then just spins and spins with the circle of death. There is no support. There is no one to report this to. There is no process to send any email or contact Jpay. It worked ok for a few months, but now it just won’t load. Use the website, because the app doesn’t work.

Cool concept— if it worked! I never get emails on time.. it won’t even let me log into my account right now. This isn’t just a once in a while thing either. Constantly, all the time. So annoying

It’s been over a week since I have been able to use this app. I’ve deleted it download it back onto my iPhone XR. I even tried updating the app but it won’t let me because it’s already updated. Every time I try to sign in it says unable to complete your request at this time. And it says it every single time I try to login. I don’t know what happened I change my password every three months, when I to change my password this time around this is my results. My mother has the app as well and I thought maybe it’s just me so I signed in on her phone which is an android Stylo LG, and it worked just fine. I am always having an issue with this app their software is not good. As much money as people pay to use is all over the United States their software should be a heck of a lot better.

It’s okay if you want quick responses but often times the messages don’t go through and the inmate has to put in tickets which probably get ignored it’s really expensive it add up quickly if you are speaking with your loved one often it’s a nice idea just very expensive and not really ideal because of the lost messages

It was okay at first but now it doesn’t even let me log in! It’s been a week already and I can’t log in. It just says “signing in” but doesn’t load the whole time.

No way I give this a 5 star, but I’m making up. So many people’s complaints are all do to the prison. “It took so long! Or they didn’t get it” The time and discretion is up to the prison staff! Sure this thing has bugs sometimes but so do most apps. And yes, crap on the charges, but they’re nothing compared to phone bills. And seriously, if you don’t like it, use a pen and paper. Run to the post office and buy stamps. Wait weeks...... No? I didn’t think so.
