Jpay often email problems

I keep having constant issues with receiving emails and my LO as well. We even have dumb arguments because we both think that not responding to important questions then out of no where we both receive 2 wks later and the worry of not hearing from each other especially in this covid times.I am thankful and grateful I have a chance to get emails send videos, pictures of our kids and I but.. when you spend money on stamps for emails and no picture gets attach and get charge for it and have to send it again it kinda gets me upset and many of us using jpay. Fix this issues so we all can put better ratings

App after update on fixes got worse now just spins and spins won’t even let you log in it’s the worst tried everything uninstalled reinstalled restarted my phone 9 times nothing app is crap now

Logging into the main website isn’t a problem. Logging into the app itself is an “error message disaster”. Only tried the app because I was sent a video gram from my penpal.

I’m so frustrated, I just want to buy stamps and I try every day to try to buy them so I can just send an email.. the person I’m trying to email doesn’t know why I’m not responding either so it just makes me really sad. Every time I try to buy or add a payment method it consistently gives me an error, it just says “unable to add”. That’s not helpful. Then when I try to report a bug, it doesn’t respond at all when I click next.. so I can’t even get help with the issue. I just want to stay in contact with my loved one... this is such a bad app with so many issues, but it’s the only option!! Not okay... I just need help. Maybe this will get back to someone that can help. Please help!!

At first it was heaven sent but it’s always the same problem over and over again. I don’t like how One minute you can send messages then you can’t. Always something about an error. You or the inmate receives messages a day or two sometimes a whole week later. Like all dam day long it would not allow me to buy stamps. Kept saying unable to complete the request at this time and that’s not the first time. I turned the phone off, went to the App Store to see if I needed another update. Nothing. All dam day. I put to much money into this system to keep getting messy results. Fix the problem if you can’t lower the charge.

Hello , I need help with the app . It has been loading for more than 30 mins on the same login page . I don’t know what to do anything . It’s been this way for over a week and I have deleted the app about 5 mins and it still on the same login page . Someone can help me please ?!

I don’t understand how this app is so broken. So expensive for e-mails and it has a weird schedule. I’ll receive e-mails and pictures days late. But what can you do? This is the mega corporation that has one way access to communication with our loved ones. Fix your app jpay with all the money you make off people!

Literally have been using this app for two days and already CANT sign in Nor get my money back. Listen I know is used for inmates but come on people need this kind of app to communicate with their loved ones!! Please put a little more love and effort into this app. Update 10/20/20202 I can’t sign in again. What is going on???
