Every time i open the app it tells me that it needs to be updated. So I update and handle my business. Close it out and the next month when I open it up, it’s the sand ole song and dance. Gets aggravating

My loved one sent me a message but I can't check it. I tried to login on my phone and it won't get passed the sing in screen. All my account info is correct. It's been like this for a couple days.

I’ve been trying to contact my loved one for six days now and I have been unable too !!I even deleted and then downloaded this app again and it’s still not working
Too many undelivered emails

This app could be good if they’d fix the problems with delivery. It’s very irritating to spend money on sending photos or short videos only to find out they weren’t received. The have been multiple times when I’ve gotten emails from my loved one that are 10-14 days old.
Stuck on signing in

Worked alright, it cost this and that, whatever. No I can’t even log in to this trash app, and obviously no one is ever answering calls or returning emails. What do you expect from the justice systems faith in an app provider. Trash from trash people

Horrible I have not been able to log into my account for a week now and I keep getting e mails telling me my loved one sent and e mail. I have done everything turned off phone turned back on uninstalled and reinstalled it and nothing works just keeps spinning on the signing in screen but not doing anything at all! Won’t allow me to log in!

Ever since the latest update it won’t let me sign into my account it just says “signing in” but it never signs in?♀️ I would rate it a zero but I can’t
