I used to have no issues with the emails appearing for my loved one after I sent it. I now have issues and can not see the emails I send out to him. It is frustrating because I cannot track if he received it or not. Please fix this as soon as possible

It hasn’t worked for me in over a month when I called them they said a server was down! Now over a month later nothing! It won’t even let me sign in. Please fix!

App won’t connect to net work. My internet works fine and all other apps fine. I deleted app and downloaded again, but still same issue. I have an iPhone 11.

I have been trying to contact my son for several days now almost a week every time I log onto the Jpay appIt just stays in the loading screen it’s been doing this for a while now please fix the problem

It’s a great app to use to connect with your loved ones or pen pal. I love it because I can send images or videos. Recommend. There’s also a website to use as well.

The Jpay app needs to be updated to fix bugs an to make improvements. The app won’t let me in it keeps saying loading. I deleted the app an reinstalled it and it still keeps doing the same.

This app is so irritating. It’s always an hassle when you buy stamps or send money. It always tells me “your card cannot be added” well how else are you supposed to send money or buy stamps?... I’m very fortunate financially so I know that’s not the problem...... fix your app!.....

Very poor service

I was able to download the app on my iPhone 11. But every time I try to log in it gives me an error message , which means I am only able to access my emails via web . My loved one sent me pictures and videos that I can’t watch because I can’t log into the app. Which means the stamps were WASTED! I am very disappointed.

I spent $10 on stamps and tried to send a letter to two incarcerated loved ones and despite their facilities showing up as being able to use and receive mail from Jpay, they never received my letters or photos. Wasted my money. Super disappointing:( Jpay has a reputation of not being reliable at all.
