Mine only has 3 categories which doesn’t include videogram, or mediafund. Plus I can’t even send the pictures I want because it only pulls up a portion of the ones on my camera roll

When our pictures get denied a simple notice would be nice to let us know why and of course reimburse our stamps for the denied photos This app is a huge ripoff!
Doesn’t work in dark mode! ?

Anytime I save a draft on my iPhone and I go back to finish it, my screen is completely dark like I have the brightness down. I have deleted it and reinstalled it many times and it still does the same thing. I have to write in one sitting in order to write on a bright white screen. I just realized it doesn’t work in dark mode.

I keep entering my method of payment it keep asking for it again and entered another card 5 times and still the same. Waist of time .

Messages come in out of order. Pics won’t attach have the time & if they do it will only send 1. Inmate purchased a tablet that does not work properly... the kiosk in the facility doesn’t work right either.
