Great app with some minor but important issues

Having problems with sending attachments. App not recognizing my attachments. my letters also get backed up. Getting some messages minutes apart and receiving others three days later.

It stays on the send money screen. I don’t even have the option to do anything else besides go to click on the little options menu. I’m trying to videocall

This App Is Cool Considering The Fact That We Can Email And Send Our Loved Ones Videos and Pictures, But What Good Is It When It Takes A Month To Receive Somethings At A Time Or Either Person Does Not Receive What Was Sent. I Spend Money On Stamps, And Having To Resend Things or Having The Problem Some Things Are Not Being Received Is Annoying. Having To Worry About Your Loved One Because U Haven’t Heard From Them, But Really It’s JPay Holding Back Emails. I Don’t Like It And I Know Others Don’t Like It Either. Please Fix This ASAP Or Refund Me My Money.

I really like this app because of the concept and because of how easy it is to send letters and pictures. I recently re-installed the app on my new phone tho, and it will not let me log in.

Profiting off Modern Slavery

I would never use this monopoly of an app that is profiting off the poor and disenfranchised. I work hard towards the day that Securus and people like LINDA POSEY are no longer employed and earning a living off of other people’s pain. It is insane to have to pay to contact a person who is incarcerated, not rehabilitated and when I say contact I mean the minimum of human contact that we all need.

Cannot log in

Installed the app and it will not let me log in. Reset the password via email to ensure login credentials were correct, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and it still displays the message at login: “Error: unable to complete the request at this time”. I have been trying to log in for over 3 days now and have never had a successful login.

I love the way the app enables us to keep in touch with inmates or I used to. I haven’t been able to get it to work correctly for over a month. It won’t accept my bankcard, then it’s unable to, now the update that I assume will fix the bugs.. doesn’t load. I don’t even see an Android app. I even tried to delete and reinstall. Now it’s just stuck. What’s going on? Will it ever work again? I would really like to purchase stamps and email some pictures. I would like to give 5 stars if it would do what’s promised. The 2 is pushing it. Should be 0 right now.. it doesn’t exist on my devices.
