Do it in a hotel

Found no gym so I grabbed my phone to do a quick morning workout.

Best value, small workout throughout the day

ddjmes

I love this program that was developed for the military years ago. I am a procrastinator and if I have to set aside a lot of time to workout, I’ll usually skip it. These brief 7-min workouts are so effective and I find myself fitting them in throughout my day, even on a lunch break at work. They are a great stress reliever, too. I feel very invigorated after each small workout.

Comfortable but effective

Going into the 7 minute workout, I thought to myself I can do this-7 minutes is nothing. But, this workout really challenge you and gets your blood circulating.

Enjoyed the app, but now it’s technologically impenetrable

I’ve enjoyed using this app, but now cannot access. Same email & password as always, but now app won’t accept it. Tried to reset with 2 temp passwords from the app, still won’t work. Tried to re-register, already has an account for my email- which I can’t access. No support or ability to get help. Absurd security for an app that tells me how many push-ups to do. Deleted.

Excellent!

Great App. Have been using the app for about 4 yrs both on the road and at home. Workouts stay interesting and kick my butt. Wild highly recommend!!

Great app - only needs a feedback button

This app (and all apps) should have a feedback internal within the app that shows a user to provide feedback (glitches, feature requests, suggestions) to the app developers.

A few changes needed

I used this app today and I really like the format. I will definitely use it again, but I wanted to leave feedback for changes that I think are needed initially: 1. Users should be able to change the model to someone that reflects their gender and race (would love to see different body types too) 2. Users should be able to skip exercises in the workout or pick exercises they want to avoid in the profile settings. I have arthritis and I cannot do exercises that involve bending my big toe, so lunges are out of the question. I had to modify with another exercise myself.

Don’t Believe the Promise

You cannot build a custom workout by selecting the exercises you want to do. Nothing beats letting users, who know their body better than any developer, build workout that support their needs and goals.

The Best Out There

a noun

I have used this for 7 years with hundreds of workouts. Introduced it to many friends and colleagues and all were hooked. Developed by the world’s largest healthcare company. Scientifically proven, military grade and free. Enough said.

Good but buggy

After a few weeks the audible tones between exercises stop, leaving you only the voiceover as a rough guide. I have to uninstall, reinstall and re-register to make it work again. Every few weeks. Even before that, there’s no audible tone after the last cooldown stretch, so you have to manually check the screen to see when it ends.
