Enjoyed the app, but now it’s technologically impenetrable – J&J Official 7 Minute Workout Review

I’ve enjoyed using this app, but now cannot access. Same email & password as always, but now app won’t accept it. Tried to reset with 2 temp passwords from the app, still won’t work. Tried to re-register, already has an account for my email- which I can’t access. No support or ability to get help. Absurd security for an app that tells me how many push-ups to do. Deleted.
