The exercises, wile good, go from floor to standing to floor to standing with barely time to get in positions. This, in my opinion could lead to getting into them to quick & with improper form. Way to randomly put together.

This is an awesome workout app. It can carry you from beginner and out of shape to a very high level with its adjustability. The except is one major overlooked benefit: it does not effectively work with Apple Watch and get recorded in the fitness rings accurately. Add those features and it will surpass the highest bar I can think of in a random video workout app.

This used to be a great fitness app that lets me do a maintenance short workout. Now that it requires login it is a pain to get going, even with remember my password I have to log in frequently. And despite the developer’s response I can find no way to use the app without logging in. Some additional nitpicking on the programming: When voice encouragement is turned off there is no verbal cue to switch from warm up exercises or to switch sides on side plank, etc.
