Doesn’t refresh or notify

I thought I checked my flight status but really the app just wasn’t refreshing. It’s not obvious that you need to pull down to refresh, since it looked like the app was thinking. As a result, I got to the airport way too early given the massive delay. Also, even when you do explicitly refresh, it takes forever to update. I have notifications enabled so it’s ridiculous that I even had to check manually in the first place. I finally received a notification two hours later, but by that time, the information was stale (flight time had been revised further). This is too bad because there have been times when the AA app saved me when my flight got cancelled. Since I had the app, I was one of the first to rebook. Those precious minutes can be the difference between getting home the same day versus waiting a day. PS - couldn’t find a place to submit feedback privately in the app so I have to shame you publicly. Maybe you should add a feedback feature
Mostly a great app with one flaw

I love all parts of the app and would have given it a much higher rating but I hoped a 3 star would get noticed...as with all parts of jet blue they should make it easier to locate and print a receipt.

Pretty easy to book travel and view flight status but there are definitely still some bugs to work out. Overall a pretty solid app though.
No way to view mileage activity

Would be much more competitive with the other big airlines’ app if JetBlue would let us view the mileage transactions for our TrueBlue accounts. Just showing us the total amount is not very helpful.

How many updates they have to make for this app to work,every single time is sending me to home page in the app,all the time is reloading and saying oops something when wrong and I have to start again searching from the beginning

Don't like the fact that when reserving the flight and a window seat that when it's time to check in I am given a totally different seat that I didn't want then JB wants to charge me an additional $25 to get the seat I originally wanted. Should have just flew with Southwest instead. At least I would have gotten the seat I wanted.
