Doesn’t refresh or notify – JetBlue - Book & manage trips Review

I thought I checked my flight status but really the app just wasn’t refreshing. It’s not obvious that you need to pull down to refresh, since it looked like the app was thinking. As a result, I got to the airport way too early given the massive delay. Also, even when you do explicitly refresh, it takes forever to update. I have notifications enabled so it’s ridiculous that I even had to check manually in the first place. I finally received a notification two hours later, but by that time, the information was stale (flight time had been revised further). This is too bad because there have been times when the AA app saved me when my flight got cancelled. Since I had the app, I was one of the first to rebook. Those precious minutes can be the difference between getting home the same day versus waiting a day. PS - couldn’t find a place to submit feedback privately in the app so I have to shame you publicly. Maybe you should add a feedback feature
