This is the second time this month that I have suffered a 2 hours delayed with this airline. They really don’t care about customers. Our time is no important for them. If you appreciated your time, don’t use this airline.

Usually this app is great and I never have a issue. I fly very often and always use JetBlue.. but this time the app will not let me do anything at all. I try checking into my flight and it’s saying there’s a issue, I can’t login or make a account because it says there’s a error or something. This is not good, my flight is tomorrow and I always use this app to be prepared and ready because it’s so much easier then going to the counter at the airport.. please fix this!!
Travel bank not accessible

I have credit in my travel bank and cannot access it on this app which is very inconvenient and should be fixed it feels like JetBlue is deliberately trying to keep customers from using credit that is rightfully theirs.
