I downloaded the app but I can't register. I receive an message that there's an issue in processing my request and I should check my connection. It doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. It's been ongoing for several days. Please fix!

seat reservation problem

When changing the reservation for one leg of my trip, Jetblue decided to somehow just cancel my seat selection for the other leg of the trip without even telling me.
Can’t see return flight

I can see my outbound flight under My Trips. However, when I select that flight, there is no way to see the return flight information like seats, departure/arrival times, etc. It’s like I only booked a one-way ticket. I can see the return flight info on the website when I log in to my account. You should really fix this bug. Also, when I try to add the flight to my calendar through the app, it only adds the outbound flight, not the return. I used to be able to see the return flight info on the app, but not anymore. Please fix this.

Due to a snow storm, my flight home was cancelled. I called JB and they were so wonderful! They got me another flight without any problem!!!
