Updating traveler info receives errors

Under managing booking, I tried to update traveler information but keep getting processing errors! And why doesn’t my Mosaic info automatically propagate the fields?!? Please fix and reissue new update. Thank you
Missing features

Compared to other airline apps, there are many features missing. For example, the ability to switch your flight if a delay or cancellation is expected without having to call Jetblue.
Booking takes way too long

I’m surprised that after all these years and updates, the “booking” still takes forever. Sometimes I’m waiting more than a few minutes

Love the airline. Like the app. Can you please find a way to make “auto updates” Work!!! The wallet view showed “gste 8”. Problem is i always have to check the boards or the JB app for true gate info. If youre going to provide a service, can you ensure its correct!? BTW. i deleted the wallet BP and went to the JB app. I then reinstalled the BP to wallet. Guess what, the Same INCORRECT GATE INFO!!
