MAny improvements over the last few updates have made this the most user friendly airline app I’ve used, just like the airline.

Didn’t like no seat available at this time. Adds stress. Also I thought first bag carried on free?

Of course I like the convenience of checking in, but buying seats was odd. I tried on different occasions to buy seats for the second leg of my trip, but it wouldn’t let me. The system seemed to treat the second leg as if it were not separate from the first flight, I don’t know. Anyway, I had to wait until check in and as I’d expected most of the good options were gone. I’m glad I was able to do it, but why couldn’t I do it before check in? Of course I should have done it when I purchased the tickets, but I was on the fence at the time. I can’t understand why it had to be so difficult.
