App don’t work

daniwilloby

The App does not work very well iphone 11 pro max. He is not recognizing my JBL pulse 3

Party mode doesn’t work

hellsbells813

Stereo mode doesn’t work, either. I bought a second JBL Pulse 3 to get these exact features. Going to return it because it’s pointless to own two when the app can’t control both. Disappointed.

New update rocks!

Bezy

Was having major issues with no stereo option, and connectivity until this morning! New update makes these speakers great again!

Not enough speakers supported

JonFranch

Why is the JBL link portable not supported? Ridiculous.

Awful disappointment

JBL

I have a charge 4 and this app is totally useless....

Why?

Only good to see battery level? Useless.

can't find my speaker

Wwjd0723

worked first use. now its constantly searching for the speaker its connected to. prob the most annoying part is that the only way to view battery level is to use the app, which doesn't work. i have other headphones that can display battery in the batteries window on iphone, would be nice if jbl had this feature.

Very bad ! Sorry

Godefroy78

I tried everything with my 2 speakers (flip4 and 5) and nothing works ! Party or stereo ! Last update of course ! Spend hours and hours for nothing ! And every body around me said the same thing really hard connection !

Done with jbl

The Treestand

I’ve been a fan of jbl for a while now and and my most recent purchase of a jbl flip 5 has completely turned me away from them. I got it in May and have only used it a dozen times or so and I never blast it at full volume or get it dirty or wet at all. I go to turn it on one day and it turns on, connects......then turns off. Again and again. I contacted customer service and they acted like I was dumb and said is the battery charged? Is it in range and not staying idle for 15 mins or whatever it is. I didn’t have a warranty on it and didn’t have any recipes for it and after watching countless videos that didn’t really have the same exact problem but similar and I red plenty of forums with people with the same problem. The answer I (and many other people) came up with is the batteries in these speakers are GARBAGE and they sold themselves short when they let that slide. I’m just going to save up a little more and buy a Bose that will last forever and have better quality all around.
