App update messing with sound

Just recently bought my JBL charger 3 and updated it with the latest software and every time I go to turn up the volume there is some weird sound close to the end every time I turn the volume all the way up! Ugh ever since I downloaded new software:( its pretty annoying pls fix

I was using this app on my android and it was working perfectly. Now I am trying to use it on my iPhone and it just.doesn’t.WORK! I’m so frustrated. It keeps asking me to turn my Bluetooth on even when I have already turned it on - even when it’s already connected to JBL Speaker. And it still asks me to turn on the Bluetooth. It doesn’t let me use the app without the Bluetooth on - WHICH IS ALREADY ON AND CONNECTED TO THE DEVICE. I tried everything. I even tried deleting the app and installing again; still the same problem. So now I deleted it forever.

Doesn’t work with Charge 3

I have downloaded this app for more than 10 times. Even now I have trouble accessing my charge 3. Every time I open this app, it asks me to connect it via Bluetooth to my charge 3 and even though it is connected, it doesn’t allow me to go beyond that screen. Very bad experience!!!

Why can’t you turn on/off your BoomBox from the app? Why I’m am not about to delete old/unwanted Bluetooth connections? There should be some type of password/trust to connect, because if my boombox was in searching mode and my neighbor(s) happen to turn on his/her Bluetooth and in range, they can seamlessly connect and start operating my BoomBox You should be able to define a given device, that way other past connected devices can’t override your “preferred” device except you manual allow it.

Please. Get the app right. My charge 3 have a delay in them and keep losing connection. I didn’t have this problem with just JBL connect. Very disappointed.
Happy with the additional models that can Connect together.

I am very pleased with being able to connect the Charge 3s and the Flip4 we have at work together to share music. We have connected up to 5 so far and hoping more people at work buy them.
Totally useless.

Doesn’t work with Charge3 — never gets past “Turn on Bluetooth” screen. Just awful.
Pulse 3, where’s the RED at?!

Color wheel needs to be updated to feature more detail color options. Got the Pulse three hoping to pair it with the red theme of my room. Unfortunately when I try setting it to red I get a hot pink, seriously! Red temporarily shows up during the random color themes so you know it’s possible. Please fix this issue.
