I like the clothes but the app is slow
Tis a good app now
I’ve bought clothes for years, but this new app update has made the app run awfully slow to the point where I cannot use it.
Great app but not what it used to be...
Nice story line
JackThreads is a great app to find “in style” clothing but the app itself is slow and buggy. My favorite version of the app was probably a year ago, if I reviewed it then, I would’ve given it 5 stars. I think if they work on the software a bit and make it like it used to be, then it’ll meet my expectations.

Just found out that JT is back... was excited until I saw the price tags. Looked up gear I have from former JT and it’s been marked up over 100%! Gimme a break.
The new app is comically bad on iPad

JackThreads used to be pretty good. I used it a few times a year and was pretty happy. Then, sometime in the last few months it seems to have been redesigned. It now feels like a janky website, it logged me out, and looks pretty unfinished. Oh well, back to shopping in person I suppose.
