Can’t scroll without accidentally pressing on an item. Pressing the back button is sluggish and unresponsive until it randomly sends you back three or four pages.

The UX is directly from their website which makes it doubly confusing. Stick with website until this become more browsable.

Highly recommend re-hiring whichever back end engineers you previously had working at JT. The app is finicky, glitchy, and the opposite of easy to navigate. Each time I try to give it another shot, I end up just leaving the app and purchasing nothing because I don’t trust that everything will operate and charge correctly. Get better faster.

I've purchased a few things from JT, and I've loved pretty much everything I've received, but this app is just a pain to use. Every time you open up a drop down, it glitches back down as if you exited it, therefore making it impossible to search/customize/etc. Please fix the bugs.

I have loved Jackthreads since 2014. Easily one of the best source for men’s clothing. But the app is awful. It’s laggy and impossible to use. You can’t even scroll without clicking on a random item. Please go back to the basics and give us an app that can actually be used.

The quality of clothes since the rebirth of JT have gone down the crapper. They used to have fresh styles and brands and now it seems like everything is directly from a Target store with a 50% increase in prices. Shame

I used JT all the time, no problem. But I had an issue with an order, their customer service never got back to me after several urgent attempts, and because of them I'm now out over $100. Do not use.

I love the app the clothes line and the home stuff as well, their stuff are great and one time I order 2 shirts I receive a mini hot sauce as a gift. I just think the place is a little to expensive but everything else is great.
