Dead?

Is this company dead? I've been a frequent shopper and loved their stuff, but now I can't login and it won't let me reset my password. Also, they are not responding to my emails. ???

App keeps crashing unless you allow notifications. I don't need another annoying app notifying me of sales I have no interest in. I just want to browse and if I see something I like I'll buy it but that's it. Don't force it on me. Deleting now and will try again in a month or so. If I get the same result then there are other apps that's don't force notifications on you.

I loved JackThreads for a while, yet I have not been able to actually use the app for moths, since I keep getting an error code, leading to any screen no longer loading.
Come back? More like stayed back.

How can they claim they have made a come back when the app doesn't even load up. Maybe if the app works properly again I'll give JT a better review.

Idk what it is. But ever since the last update the app won't load a darn thing. It's really starting to get disappointing. So much awesome schwag out there... but because of this lame excuse for an app I won't be buying any of it. What a shame.
