Very very lovely app I have no problem spending my cash on lol this was in 2016 now JackThreads is a hipster paradise I'm sad cause I used to buy all my skater clothes here since I don't have no skate shop in my area was perfect for me plus i love snow boarding had all the perfect clothes for the weather and the not even just the clothes e everything about JackThreads was amazing now you can't even use the app with out it crashing

This app was near perfect before, but now it’s basically just the website. Paired with small little glitches, freezing, and slow loading, it makes for a pretty unsatisfying shopping experience. I don’t know why this app has gotten worse quality-wise, but I hope this gets updated.

I have mad love for and am glad JackThreads is back, but the app has went completely downhill. When I’m scrolling through products, I can’t count the amount of times accidental presses happen. Then I have to go back and restart from a different part of the page and scroll to find where I left off on looking for products. This was not designed for someone to browse with one hand. Example, the back and forward buttons are terribly placed so that you’re not able to browse intuitively with one hand. You should be able to hard swipe left and right or at least left to go backwards to a previous screen. I can go on about unintuitive UX/UI choices here. Overall, needs much improvement if you’re planning on getting people to use this more and actually buy things. I get frustrated using the app and it’s more friction than I like in an app where you’re browsing for long periods of time before buying something. We are in the age of digital natives and you’re leaving money on the table by building a poor UX. I do not write app reviews much, but really love this company and want you guys to survive the second go around. Literally was the only place I shopped for years and I need a better app experience to keep converting!
