This is more than bad UX - it’s functionally unusable. Gesture handling is jacked

I love Jack Threads. Loved it then and i continue to love it. The only downfall if this awesome clothin site, is the app. The app wont get past the logo. I dont mind goin online, but sometimes its awesome to check out their inventory quickly. Pleassee fix the app

I was excited about shopping on jackthreads and stopped after 15 seconds. It keeps thinking I click on things I don’t then it sends me to completely random pages. I’m done.

I’ve always liked the jt selection but the app is so glitchy. I can’t scroll the page without mistakenly selecting something. Also the app is so intent on me signing up for the newsletter again and again. App is unusable.

So I’m glad you guys are back up and running and seen that things are moving at a good pace, however my pace while in the app scrolling derails me from my purchases and searches for clothing and shoes which in turn turns me away from purchasing due to scrolling and while scrolling items I do not want to look at are some how selected. My advice is make sure that you fix this because in all honesty it’s such a headache that sometimes while trying to purchase I will go to other sites so I do not have to deal with it. Please fix this because I enjoy your clothing contents.

The Old app was much better

I used to love this company and shopped with them for years, I was very excited when I saw they had reopened. However the new app is severely lacking compared to the old one. The UI simply isn't good. Scrolling isn't smooth, accidental clicks are constant and force you to start browsing from the beginning instead of holding your place. When I've attempted to use the filters the app just takes me back to the opening screen. I typically just get frustrated and don't bother. The one order I've placed with them since they reopened took almost 2 weeks to ship, which tells me they're still struggling with the same logistics issues they had before. I'm hoping they get these issues fixed, in the mean time I'll be choosing other avenues for shopping.

I was extremely excited when Jackthreads came back. I have so many good memories and have received so compliments from items I wear from it’s initial run. But sadly, this app is worse than the last one. It glitches, accidental presses happen when you’re scrolling (only to press back and have to scroll from the very top of the page), and there is no Sort option. The products are not high quality either. I have received so many irregular, odd fitting jackets and shirts that are non returnable. This used to be a very competitive clothing app, but now it’s sadly the worst.

Don’t need to say much but really liked the old version of the app for you guys completely took it In my opinion, in the wrong direction please fix.

Great company that is always trying to go the extra mile for you. Good quality clothes, and grey customer service! It’s awesome to know that they are back but the app is just a mess! Very buggy, slow, and not functional at all. I haven’t made a purchase on the new app yet because it’s been a frustrating experience.

The app is garbage

I love that JackThreads came back. But the app is pure garbage. I have not been able to buy anything because using the app is annoying. I won’t bother with it until they can fix it.
