Love JT, but super buggy app

JackTheads is great. So glad that they're back. But the app needs a lot of work. Would recommend using the website, and waiting till so is fixed before downloading. But still glad to see them back again!!!
Great products, but app needs some patches

I enjoy the variety and quality of the goods at Jack Threads, but the app is constantly freezing and bugging out. I hope that the app can begin running smoothly as it did before.
App crashes every time

I have never used the app for longer than 1 minute before it freezes and then closes. It’s not worth getting. I am deleting it.

I used to use Jack Threads a lot before and the app was great. Recently downloaded it on my phone again and I have to admit I was disappointed. It’s not what it used to be. It’s slow at times and it tends to crash a lot. Definitely could use some improvement on the software.

App is fine, selection has tanked

Editing an old 5 star rating down to a 1. App has changed. Clothing and accessories along with try before you buy were amazing! New roll out is highly disappointing. Very limited selections. Styles are horrible in my opinion. Not for me any longer. Pretty bummed
The app is not well made

The app is very slow/freezes. It also just mirrors the website exactly which seems just lazy. Just use your browser until this eventually gets better. Shame because the app was so great before the company closed their doors. Now that they re-opened they replaced a standout shopping app with something I would never recommend to use. I’m hoping this doesn’t reflect on their service and clothing, because before, I recommended Jack Threads to everyone. We’ll see as I just placed my first order after they re-opened.
