JT is great but the app blows

Please fire the 12 year old blind kid that made your app. Pages crash, images don’t load while browsing, accidental clicks galore and other glitches make shopping difficult. Works great on the full site but please fix the app so I can throw all my money at you.

Glitchy, jumpy, slow to load content. The biggest issue, incredibly sensitive to the touch. When browsing and entering into an item, to continue shopping with the back button, it rarely remembers you to continue from where you last left the upper level page. Thus, it brings you back to the top of the list of times when you use the back button (because "continue shopping" doesn't exist). Love the brand, but they don't make it easy to shop on the app, which is primarily what I use.
Bring back the old style

Idk if this store is under new management, but you guys need to get the old app style back. This app feels like a website and its really unstable for a touchscreen. Too much sliding where things shouldn’t slide. Too many buttons where you could’ve just added a slide feature... you should just switch every slide feature with a button and every button feature with a slide. Would work much better.
Like the clothes but the app is trash

I ordered some jeans and a champion hoodie. Jack thread sent me my jeans but instead of the $60 hoodie they sent me a 7 t-shirt. I tried contacting them for about a year now through email and whatever possible way I could because they didn’t have a phone number. Be careful when ordering from this app you might get scammed like i did.
Love the clothes, not the app

I used to be a regular customer but the app has deterred me from even trying to shop. It’s slow, touchy, and overall frustrating. I have to believe they’re losing quite a few sales because of this, mine for sure. The clothes on Jackthreads are very high quality and they look amazing. Sadly, I won’t be doing any shopping until the app can run smooth enough for me to browse. I have an iPhone X, steady WiFi, and am running everything up to date.

The lag is ridiculous and it is to sensitive when scrolling. I scroll down and it clicks on clothing randomly and lags when I try to back out. I don’t even bother to look at the clothing after doing this numerous of times.
Not old Jackthreds or the previous Jackthreds

This is nothing like what I use to know about Jackthreds. I’m sorry but this app could be mistaken for a cheap ripoff of the previous brand because of the poor quality in the app.
