Instagram’s customer service is complete trash. My account got hacked and after many unanswered support forms and emails, I decided to create a new account. In less then 8 hours my new account gets deactivated for impersonating another person. Went to fill out the form to appeal the deactivation, and it crashes every time. With Instagram being such a large platform, their support needs to be so much better. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Used to be great. I follow people because I want to see their posts. I don’t understand why Instagram thinks they know what I want to see. I see posts from people days ago on top of my news feed. I can’t even keep up with the posts anymore because it is so unorganized.

i really love instagram, but i wish you all would edit some things on here. examples: 1: you should be able to change the order of photos, even after you post it. (a lot of people change their mind). 2: be able to add or take away pictures from a post with more than 1 photo. 3: more cute filters. (not snapchat ripoffs, either. ;) 4: posts are in chronological order.
