Why can’t I unblock

So me and my friend blocked each other for whatever reason. Now that we’re trying to unblock each other, it doesn’t let us. When I click on her profile from the block list and the bar just turns grey and that’s it. Please help.

My instagram doesn’t work it says that my request hasn’t been accepted and I changed my password and everything and it won’t do anything can you do something about the app or when will the app be fixed please let me know
It was good until this happened

My friend was trying to log in into his phone, however it wasn’t working. In attempting to fix the problem, I logged out of my account. He tried to get into his account again, but it didn’t work. Then, I tried to log back in into my account, but it just says, “Sorry, there was a problem with your request.” I haven’t been able to get into my account for two days now. This also has happened to my other friends spam account. I am very disappointed because I really like the app and I really enjoy it.
