I do not like that people now know when I am active, or was last on if we are messaging. At least give us the option to turn it off. People don’t need to know when I get on instagram, or how long it has been since I was last on. ?
Horrible bug made me lose account

I have been a loyal instagrammer for about 4 years now. But recently Instagram has decided to disable my account and now whenever my friends search for me I show up as just a plain old “instagrammer” (default) I no longer have access to my account which I have been building for years. The most irritating part is that I don’t even know why! About 3 days ago a screen appeared on my Instagram asking for my phone number, so I said, “alrighty then” after entering my phone number I was brought to another screen. The screen told my to enter the security code that would be sent to me by Instagram but after HOURS of waiting I never received the security code. So taking matters into my own hands I tried multiple strategies. I powered my phone off and back on, didn’t work. I deleted and re-downloaded the app, didn’t work. I drove somewhere with full reception for my phone, didn’t work. I even tried using one of my family members phone number, didn’t work. Eventually I researched my problem a little bit and it seems that I am not the only one that’s suffered from this problem. But I could still not find an answer or solution. Not knowing how to solve this problem AT ALL I finally contacted Instagram. I emailed them politely (no response yet) I tried calling them (no response) I filled out a report under a different Instagram page, and for the heck of it I tagged the official Instagram in my story. So in conclusion, I am enraged. Not only did I lose 1500 followers, but I also lost contact to many of my online friends who probably thing I fell off the face of planet Earth. This is my final request, PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!!!!
Chronological order please!!

We all love instagram and I would rate 5 stars, but we need chronological order again! It’s a hassle to visit my friends pages to see if they have any new posts. Please consider changing it. Thank you!
Two Major Complaints

I myself am a video editor, and to me quality is the most important part. And instagram ruins the quality of videos, cutting 60fps down to 30fps, and sometimes probably lower. Same with 1080p, to 720p. I know that this is the standard for Instagram, but I have complain for years it seems on this issue, and nothing has been done. Nope all that happens is Instagram makes the explore feed annoying to scroll through, adding and advertisement every 5 or so post it’s just gotten ridiculous at this point.

Message glitch

I wish an update can come out soon that will correct the glitch that keeps an image in the chat. I can't unsend it and it doesn't go away. I don't want to delete the app and risk losing data. Please help.

Instagram won’t help me get back in ice been off for a month now it won’t let me sign in at all.

My phone is up to date and so is Instagram. Version 46.0 and I still don’t have the poll option or interactive stickers. I don’t understand I’ve tried everything from turning my phone off and on and logging in and out and deleting the app and reinstalling it. Like what in the world

The app is alright and fun to use.... besides when your account randomly gets deleted.
