Email all you want-won’t get a reply – Instagram Review

Instagram’s customer service is complete trash. My account got hacked and after many unanswered support forms and emails, I decided to create a new account. In less then 8 hours my new account gets deactivated for impersonating another person. Went to fill out the form to appeal the deactivation, and it crashes every time. With Instagram being such a large platform, their support needs to be so much better. Very disappointed and frustrated.
