Account is hacked, no support

My business account was hacked last Wednesday, the hacker changed my email and phone number and I have not been given any options to submit a report request or submit a selfie verification video. I’ve submitted “reports” against my hacked account every day just to get in touch with support somehow and have heard nothing back. I feel like there is no way to get help or my account back

when i tag someone, the tagged post goes right directly to their dm. this new future is really not cool and sometimes embarrassing , especially when I don’t know that person who happened to be tagged by me. please remove this future from instagram.
